Venezuelan singer and songwriter. She was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Elisa Rego recorded her first record in 1988.Songs like "Selva", "Blanco y Negro" and "Libre de t?" go to the top of the charts the same year. In 1991 she signed a record deal with EMI Venezuela and releases "Vale la pena", her second album.
