The group made their debut on May 23, 2017 with release of a digital single "??? (CACTUS)". The quintet consists of Donghun, Jun, Wow, Jason and Chan. Jun trained under Jellyfish Entertainment alongside VIXX for a short time then trained for three years with CJ E&M. Donghun competed on Superstar K5 but was eliminated during TOP8.
