Matt Quinn (born 25 October 1972), better known as Optical, is a drum and bass producer and DJ from England. He is the brother of Jamie Quinn alias Matrix Optical started making music when he was 17 years old (1989). His first hardcore label was Phat Tunes. He recorded for No U Turn, Prototype and Metalheadz, worked with Goldie on Saturnz Return and engineered Grooverider's Mysteries Of Funk.
