Sebastian Hoff a.k.a. Promo (and also The Hardcore Brothers / Brian Acardy) was born on the 12th of April 1976. When he was 19 years old, he already had a hit on the compilation album Thunderdome IX - The Revenge Of The Mummy, his alias being Section-8 (together with The Prophet). A second hit was a remix of the song "Don't Speak" by No Doubt, but he mainly produced this track to bully his brother who played in a rock-band.
